I-Zones instead of press conferences

The press conferences will be replaced by the new format of I-Zones (interview zones). The top 3 athletes have separate seating areas and can be interviewed by the media after the competitions in the press center.

This new setup with direct access to the athletes contributes to a more relaxed atmosphere and creates comfortable conditions for athletes and media representatives.

Flower & award ceremonies

The flower ceremonies will take place immediately after the end of each competition in the stadium.

Women´s and men´s relay award ceremonies will take place on Thursday, January 11th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the Champions Park.

Women´s and men´s sprint award ceremonies will take place on Saturday, January 13th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the Champions Park.

Women´s and men´s pursuit award ceremonies will held on Sunday, January 14th, 2024 directly after the end of each competition at the Chiemgau Arena.

Catering

Drinks will be available in the media center. The catering is located in the "Café Biathlon" on the 2nd floor/main buliding.

Please always return empty bottles to the counter!
