Strandbad Chieming

Not only was the entrance to the lido designed to be barrier-free, but since the summer of 2017 the Chieming Stradbad has also provided disabled access to the Chiemsee. Bathers with and without a handicap can now access the lake comfortably and barrier-free. A long ramp with a gentle gradient and stable handrails on both sides leads barrier-free down to a water depth from which you can start swimming straight away. A swimming wheelchair is also available for this purpose. The lido team even welcomes guests with the entry "G" in their handicapped pass with free entry.

In addition, there is a sun-protected sandbox for building sandcastles for your little ones in the lido. You can buy small snacks in the kiosk at the lido.

The sporting offer is rounded off by a beach volleyball court and a table tennis table, which are available to you free of charge.

The Chiemsee water quality is constantly checked by the health department.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, no dogs can be taken to the lido.
