Lokwelt Freilassing

In the Lokwelt Freilassing, which opened in 2006, you can experience the fascination of trains on 17 tracks. In the lovingly restored roundhouse, directly on the Munich-Salzburg railway line, you can be inspired by 150 years of railway history. Some valuable exhibits are waiting to be admired by you, but also regional trains, such as the old Wendelsteinbahn, are in the world of locomotives.

The Little Locomotive World is specially designed for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Here the topics of railways and technology can be experienced with all senses. Slip into the typical work clothes or listen to different train sounds. Children's birthdays can also be celebrated here.
